1. Donations

Donations made through this website are considered voluntary contributions. Refunds for donations will only be processed under exceptional circumstances, such as duplicate transactions. Requests must be submitted within 7 working days from the date of donation.

2. Services and Events

For registrations or bookings for temple-related events, cancellations must be made at least 3 days before the event for a refund. A nominal processing fee may apply.

3. Payment Gateway Fees

Online payments facilitated through Razorpay Gateway may incur a platform fee of 2% or the latest applicable charge, which is non-refundable. Razorpay is an independent service provider and is not owned or affiliated with Shri Ayyappa Temple, Shri Ayyappa Seva Samithi (Regd.), or Tattwamasi - Electronic Temple Administration Systems.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 working days and credited to the original payment method used during the transaction.

5. How to Request a Refund

6. Booking and Payments

Pooja bookings or payments made through this website cannot be cancelled once confirmed. However, in certain exceptional cases, you may contact the temple authority or visit the temple reception counter for guidance. The temple administration may consider cancellations and refunds only under valid and justified circumstances. In such cases, refunds will be processed directly to your contact number or payment method used during the transaction.
